Built for the TxODDS × Superteam Prediction Markets & Settlement track, Goalana settles World Cup prediction markets without an admin deciding the outcome. An 11-instruction Anchor program CPIs into TxODDS' TxLINE oracle to verify a Merkle proof inside the settlement transaction itself — a wrong proof simply reverts, so money can only move on a proof the oracle program accepts.

Settlement integrity was proven adversarially on live Devnet against the real oracle program: forging a goal value, or flipping a single byte of one sibling hash, reverts with InvalidStatProof (6023). A 26-test localnet suite covers the program-level guards.

Behind the program sits the ingestion layer — migrated from Helius RPC polling to WebSocket subscriptions to cut redundant upstream calls, with a Postgres/Prisma worker and cron pipeline handling backfill jobs, distributed locks to prevent duplicate processing, and stream-health monitoring.
